When we stitch we are
like mushrooms and moles -
Our best work is done

SPORTS ENTHUSIASTS BEHOLD
Many sports are represented.  Is yours there?
An editorial
featuring
Asleep in a Manger,
is on page 19,
in the September
/ October issue
of the
Needlework
Retailer.
This counted cross stitch design shows the
Baby Jesus asleep in the manger.  Gentle Arts
Simply Wool hand dyed threads and directional
stitching enhance His 'swaddling clothes".  DMC
linen floss fibers give the hay a more natural
look.  DMC cotton embroidery floss is used for
the Baby Himself.  Metallic floss creates the
halo.  The fabric is metallic enhanced, which
simulates the glow of the halo and of the Holy
Child.  The enclosed 6 page 'stitching guide' and
instructions allow the hand dyed wool to be
shown as it could have been woven long ago.
Celebrate the snow
with the snowman.
There is an unwritten
rule that if there is
snow, there must be
a snow person,
creature or fort.
Playing in freshly fallen
snow is a must.
Create your own snow
with needle and thread.
Thank you for visiting my booth.
Next show, April 15 - 22, 2009.
