This is a cross-stitch design of snow falling on an
evergreen in all white on a dark green background.
The image is surrounded by a border of squares in
different designs reminiscent of a winter greeting
card. All whole stitches are used.
Materials used for model:
14 count #500 Very Dark Green Aida from DMC
DMC 6 strand embroidery floss
The model is stitched on 14 count Aida, to show
how easy it is to stitch, but linen or evenweave
fabric may be used. The white stitches are
especially striking on the dark green fabric.
