SSD-POL-C83 - Unique Sampler - Monochrome

11” x 20” - 154 stitches w by 279 stitches h

This sampler design features usual and unusual
images with the traditional alphabet and bible verse,
all one color.  It may be created in any color, on any
cross stitch fabric.  For a really impressive sampler,
a light thread color on a colored fabric may be
used.  The addition of a creative border enhances
the design.  Whole stitches and back stitching
(scripture) are used..

Materials needed:
Sage/Summer Khaki (429-85) Jobelan 28 count
DMC embroidery floss.
May use:
(Fabric shown is Jobelan 28 count Sage/Summer
   Khaki (42985) from Wichelt Imports Inc.)
Other suggested fabrics from Wichelt Imports -
             Jobelan 28 count - Coffee (42956), or
Antique White (429-101).                        
             Linen 28 count - Amber/Roasted Almond

             Aida 14 count - Sage/Summer Khaki
(35785), Khaki (3706347), Natural/Rustico
variegated (327954), Antique White (357-101).
Floss:
DMC Embroidery Floss (shown) or Color Variations,
Gentle Arts Sampler Threads,
your favorite hand dyed floss.
