Two pallets are provided in the same chart
to stitch this sampler in “Bright” or “Muted” colors.

This cross-stitch design is in a sampler format,
provided with 2 (bright and muted) pallets so you
can choose the style that you like better. It
contains the letters of the alphabet in Old English
in alternating two color blocks creating 4 different
backgrounds for the letters. Symbols of hearts,
flowers, and crosses fill out the rows. The wording
of the verse is between sets of babies with different
colored faces. There is a row of children of
different ethnic backgrounds. The numbers are
the same style as the letters. Spaces are provided
for your own name and the date the stitchery is
completed. The surrounding border is created
by an outline of garlands of flowers.
Materials for the model:
14 count Country French Soft Touch Aida -
Antique White (367-101) for “Bright” pallet, or
Lambswool (367-135) for “Muted” pallet. Both
are from Wichelt Imports, Inc.
