SSD-C55 - Love Is In The Air
1 1/2 -1 3/4” w by 1 1/2 -2 5/8” h each - 23-25 stitches w by 22-37 stitches h each
Three cross-stitch designs (“Three Little Words”, “Glittering Heart ” - a heart using sparkling braid to make it glitter, a back-
stitched edge to look like it is lace trimmed, and embellished with Mill Hill antique beads - and “Hearts Aglow”) are all about
love expressed in different ways using sparkling braid or glow in the dark braid, or a combination of the two. One heart is
even embellished with Mill Hill antique beads and glittering threads to represent a lace edge.
The images are on pre-finished ovals ready to be finished to be decorative on both sides (with detailed finishing instructions
provided) and hung as decorations after a ribbon is laced through the lace edge of the medallions. The ribbons will provide
unique accents to the motifs.
Materials used for models:
Pre-finished 2 3/4” x 3 1/2”, 14 count Aida ovals with lace edges OR may use any cross stitch fabric, including waste canvas.
Very Fine (#4) Braid and Fine (#8) Glow In The Dark Braid from Kreinik Manufacturing, Inc.
Mill Hill Antique Glass Beads (Size 11) from Wichelt Imports / Mill Hill
