This is a cross-stitch design of snow falling on a
snowman in all white on a red background. The
image is surrounded by a border of squares in
different designs reminiscent of a winter greeting
card. All whole stitches are used.
Materials used for model:
14 count DMC #321 Red Aida by DMC.
DMC 6 strand embroidery floss.
The model is stitched on 14 count Aida, to show
how easy it is to stitch, but linen or evenweave
fabric may be used.
The white stitches are striking on the red fabric.
However, preferred colors or hand dyed fabrics
may be used.
