These cross-stitch designs show the priorities for each day of the week. The borders are the same design on all seven days, but different colors are used for each day. The day of the week appears at the top of each design, and the main activity of the day is listed in the space at the bottom of the design. Stitcher may use any colors of the borders interchangeably.
Wednesday is the day to put things that need repaired back into order, and to be creative with sewing - from quilts to clothing to drapes to cross stitch. The design features a quilt displayed on the wall, a cabinet and bookcase where sewing or craft supplies are stored and a pile of mending is accumulating, a sewing machine with its table opened up for use and a chair to be used with it, and the family cat lying in wait for some ‘action’. Mostly whole stitches with very few backstitches (cabinet door) are used
