These cross-stitch designs show the priorities for
each day of the week. The borders are the same
design on all seven days, but different colors are
used for each day. The day of the week appears
at the top of each design, and the main activity of
the day is listed in the space at the bottom of the
design. Stitcher may use any colors of the borders
interchangeably.
Sunday is the day to go to church to worship. An
idyllic picture of a country church with a tall steeple
encompassing the bell tower and with a cross on
top of it is shown. Grass surrounds the church,
and flowers are blooming all around its base.
You can almost hear the bell calling, inviting you to
come in and visit. Mostly whole stitches with very
few backstitches (railing in front of church) are
used.
Materials needed:
White Jobelan 28 count (429-0) OR Aida 14 count
(357-0) from Wichelt Imports.
