These cross-stitch designs show the priorities for
each day of the week. The borders are the same
design on all seven days, but different colors are
used for each day. The day of the week appears
at the top of each design, and the main activity of
the day is listed in the space at the bottom of the
design. Stitcher may use any colors of the borders
interchangeably.
Saturday is the day to prepare goodies for the week
ahead. There are kettles on the stove, pies and a
chocolate topped cake to whet your appetite, a
mixing bowl on the counter that you just know
contains cookie dough, and cookies on a baking
sheet. The family cat is stretching as if tired from all
the activity in the kitchen. All whole stitches are
used.
Materials needed:
White Jobelan 28 count (429-0) OR Aida 14 count
