The pieces are in a block formation
in this geometric design which reminds one
of brightly colored building blocks.
The bright and dark colors of the design create
contrast that draws attention to different areas.
All whole stitches are used in this design
that could be used as a quilt block.

Suggested materials:
Jobelan 28 count - White (429-0).
Aida 14 count - White (357-61)
Fabrics listed are from Wichelt Imports Inc.
DMC embroidery floss

If using 28 count fabric stitched over 2 threads,
or 14 count (Aida) fabric over 1 thread,
cut fabric 11 3/4" x 11 3/4".
If using 32 count fabric stitched over 2 threads,
cut fabric 11" x 11".
If using 18 count (Aida) fabric stitched over 1 thread,
cut fabric 10 1/2" x 10 1/2"
